A Refund policy is applicable:
Within 30 days from the date of purchase if you are not satisfied with our product.
A full refund minus the shipping charges will only be given if a refund request is received within 30 days from the purchase date. You can request a refund via email or you can contact our customer support team for the same.
If due to any reason, or unavoidable circumstances whereby the order is not shipped by us then the order shall be cancelled.
All products must be returned to receive a refund.
Shipping and Handling Fees
If you have any questions regarding refund of your order, please contact our customer support team. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable and the package should be received by us within 30 days. The package should be carefully packed so as to not cause any damage to the contents in it. We, at our sole discretion, can reject or return any product that is sent for refund if found damaged. As soon as the package is received and accepted by us, a credit will be issued to your card and this would reflect in your card any time between 2-5 weeks depending on the bank which issued the card. Please note that a 5% re-stocking fee is applicable on all returns.
